Welcome to the “You’re Not Over the Hill” program, operated by Senior Living Alternatives, a Tennessee nonprofit organization.

By registering for our program and using this website (course.successfulsenior.org), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About Our Program

What We Provide:

This is a free educational program designed to help Tennessee seniors and their families:

• Access 7 video episodes on successful aging
• Download workbooks and resource guides
• Learn about Tennessee senior services and resources
• Create personalized independence plans

What This Program Is NOT:

This program does NOT provide:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Legal advice or legal services
• Financial planning or investment advice
• Mental health counseling or therapy
• Emergency services
• Individual case management
• Direct care services

Eligibility and Registration

Who Can Use This Program:

• Tennessee seniors aged 55 and older
• Family members of Tennessee seniors
• Caregivers supporting Tennessee seniors
• Anyone interested in learning about successful aging

Registration Requirements:

• You must provide accurate information (name, email, ZIP code)
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have authority to provide the information you submit
• One registration per person

We Reserve the Right To:

• Refuse or cancel registration for any reason
• Terminate access to the program for violations of these terms
• Modify or discontinue the program at any time

Use of Program Materials

What You Can Do:

✓ Watch videos for personal educational use
✓ Download and complete workbooks for personal use
✓ Share the program registration link with others
✓ Discuss program content with family and friends

What You Cannot Do:

✗ Reproduce, distribute, or sell program materials
✗ Use program content for commercial purposes
✗ Remove copyright notices or attribution
✗ Upload videos to other platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
✗ Share login credentials with others
✗ Use automated tools to access or download content
✗ Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation

You may not reproduce or distribute program materials without written permission.

Upon termination, you must stop using program materials and delete any downloaded content.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Senior Living Alternatives regarding use of this program.
